1. Services
Stat Studio provides website design, development, and related digital services (“Services”). The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for Services will be outlined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“Project Agreement”).We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or engaging our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Payments & Fees
  • All project fees, payment schedules, and deliverables are defined in your Project Agreement.
  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of Services.
  • Stat Studio reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.
4. Revision & Scope
Projects include a defined number of revisions as outlined in your Project Agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may be billed additionally at our standard rates. We aim to be flexible, but maintaining clear scope boundaries ensures quality and timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials
  • Ensure that all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) is accurate and legally owned or licensed
  • Review deliverables and communicate feedback promptly
Delays in client response may impact project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership
  • Upon full payment, you own the final website deliverables produced specifically for your project.
  • Stat Studio retains ownership of:
  • Underlying design systems, frameworks, and processes
  • Reusable components and non-custom assets
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
7. Third Party Services
Your website may rely on third-party platforms or tools (e.g., hosting providers, CMS platforms, analytics tools).
Stat Studio is not responsible for:
  • Third-party outages or failures
  • Changes in pricing or policies
  • Security or data practices of third-party providers
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
8. On Going Support
Ongoing support, if selected, is governed by a separate agreement or plan.
  • Support covers small to medium updates and improvements
  • Larger enhancements or new features may require separate scoping
  • Support plans may be modified, paused, or canceled based on agreed terms
9. No Guarantees
Stat Studio is not responsible for:
  • Specific business outcomes (e.g., leads, revenue, rankings)
  • Search engine rankings or SEO performance
  • Compatibility with all future technologies or platforms
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stat Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Stat Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Stat Studio for the applicable project.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stat Studio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
  • Content you provide
  • Your misuse of the website or Services
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
13. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms outlined in the Project Agreement.
Upon termination:
  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Work completed up to that point will be delivered upon payment
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
